Drop off for all camps is 8:30 a.m.

Pick up for all camps is 3:00 p.m. on Friday

** Camp fees are 50% non-refundable in the event of cancellation **

Many Anglican parishes will provide financial assistance for their members on request, and Bursary Applications are also available Here.

Any changes to drop off or pick up times will be posted on the website 

Notes: New arrival times for all camps: Drop off at 8:30 a.m. and Pick up at 3pm. Exceptions only noted above

  1. All campers must provide their own transportation to and from camp.
  2. Visitors are welcome on registration day but not during the camp period.
  3. Fees payable with registration. Post-dated cheques are accepted if arranged with the Registrar.
  4. Some parishes may be able to help in the case of financial need. Please contact your parish priest.
    There are also limited bursary funds available - please contact the Camp Registrar.
  5. All personal articles must be marked and labeled.
  6. Please do not bring radios, MP3 players, electronic games, snacks, valuables, jewellery, cell phones, DVD players.

 

Parents/Guardians are urged to provide the camper with the following check list all the items he or she is responsible for.

1.  Foam Mattress  2.  Sleeping Bag  3.  Pillow  4.  Extra Blanket  5.  Soap 6.  Sleepwear  7.  Changes of Clothes  8.  Warm Jacket  9.  Rainwear 10.  Running or Hiking Shoes  11.  Sunscreen  12.  Water Shoes  13.  Hat   14.  Swimsuit  15.  Towels (2)  16.  Toothbrush/Paste  17.  Flashlight 18.  A labeled water bottle 19.  Casual Attire for Dinner Thursday Evening 

 


 

 

2017 Camp Rental (Group) Fees

Our scenic facilities are available for rent by other organizations and family groups on all weekends throughout July and August as well as 7 days a week throughout the remainder of the year. The camp sleeps 96, plus there is space for additional tenting and RV parking. Renters must supply their own food and volunteers, but we can recommend caterers if necessary.
** Minimum group size required is 20.

School Groups: We have programing packages available for school groups in June. For more information contact admin@campoac.com
